Encouraging Generations to Succeed, Inc. (E.G.S) believes in implementing Positive Youth Development programs and Family Strengthening values. We believe this is possible by developing relationships with underserved communities such as New York City schools (DOE), New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), and the Department of Homeless Services (DHS) to gain access to adolescents experiencing social issues and families with limited education and/or financial resources.
