Encouraging Generations to Succeed, Inc (EGS) was created to serve as a bridge between youth, families, and the broader community — helping the youth not just to succeed academically but to understand their role as active participants in their own neighborhoods.
Encouraging Generations to Succeed, Inc. (E.G.S) believes in implementing Positive Youth Development programs and Family Strengthening values. We believe this is possible by developing relationships with underserved communities such as New York City schools (DOE), New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), and the Department of Homeless Services (DHS) to gain access to adolescents experiencing social issues and families with limited information and/or financial resources.
